If I send my case out today, when will I get it back?
The turn around time for Performance Dental Lab is 5 days. That is, 5 working days, In-Lab. For example, if you send the case out, and it takes two days to arrive in Utah, the 5 day period starts upon arrival. After the case is finished, the case is shipped back, also taking 2 days. How do I get started?
Simply look at our contact information, and give us a call. We will be pleased to send you a small packet of information, including lab slips, a price list, shipping labels, etc. There is also a printable lab slip available on this site under the “Forms” page, for those who don’t want to wait.
Does Performance do removables?
We currently do not do removables.
Does Performance have any kind of a guarantee on their work?
Performance has a 3 year guarantee on all restorations.
